SHIZU Fusion is an unprecedented concept, a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar in Liège that subtly mixes Japanese cuisine with fusion cuisine.
In respect for Japanese gastronomy, at SHIZU Fusion you will enjoy dishes to share. Indeed, all our dishes are offered in a "Sharing" format. It's the perfect formula to enjoy to the fullest an unconventional culinary experience as it's an opportunity to taste several flavors during the same meal.

As you will have understood, SHIZU Fusion is not just a sushi restaurant in Liège. It promises, for the duration of an evening, to live an unusual experience. A rich and varied menu featuring traditional Japanese dishes revisited with flavors from elsewhere. Sushi, rolls, sashimi, maki as well as hot and cold dishes will delight the most demanding taste buds.

Our Japanese restaurant is nestled in the historical heart of our hotel. High ceilings, moldings, and parquet floors offer a luxurious, warm ambiance. SHIZU Fusion is also a Japanese restaurant in Liège with a magnificent terrace. Here again, a place full of history: old stones and rose bushes provide the place with a pleasant and authentic atmosphere.

Two parking lots are available for restaurant guests.
An outdoor parking lot is located just in front of the hotel at a rate of 12€/24h. We also offer a secure indoor parking located on Rue des Bons Enfants 3, 30 meters from the establishment.
The covered parking is accessible at a rate of 5€/hour or 44€/24h, from Monday to Sunday. Payment is made directly at the hotel reception.

For even more comfort, Van der Valk Sélys also offers a free valet service. You just need to drop your keys at the reception, and our team will park your vehicle and return it to you at your request.
