As you have understood, SHIZU Fusion is not just a sushi restaurant in Liège. It's the promise, for the duration of an evening, to live an unusual experience. A rich and varied menu featuring traditional Japanese dishes revisited with flavors from elsewhere. Sushi, rolls, sashimis, makis, but also hot and cold dishes will delight the most demanding palates.

Our Japanese restaurant is nestled in the historic heart of our hotel. High ceilings, moldings, and parquet floors offer a luxurious, warm ambiance. the Van der Valk Sélys offers its clients several practical and secure parking solutions to facilitate your arrival. Whether you are a hotel resident, a restaurant visitor, or just passing through, you can easily park in the immediate vicinity of the establishment.
Indoor and outdoor parking
Two parking solutions
Two parking areas are available for restaurant clients.
An outdoor parking is located just in front of the hotel at a rate of 10€/24h. We also offer a secure indoor parking located on Rue des Bons Enfants 3, 30 meters from the establishment.
The covered parking is accessible at a rate of 4€/hour or 40€/24h, from Monday to Sunday. Payment is made directly at the hotel reception.
Free valet service
Park without stress
For even more convenience, Van der Valk Sélys also offers a free valet service. You just need to leave your keys at the reception, and our team will park your vehicle and return it to you upon request.
