SHIZU Fusion is an original concept, a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar in Liège which subtly combines Japanese cuisine with fusion cuisine.
Respecting Japanese gastronomy, at SHIZU Fusion you will enjoy dishes to share. Indeed, all our dishes are offered in “Sharing” style. It's the perfect formula to enjoy to the fullest an atypical culinary experience as it is an opportunity to taste several flavors in one meal.

As you will understand, SHIZU Fusion is not just a sushi restaurant in Liège. It’s the promise, for one evening, to live an atypical experience. A rich and varied menu featuring traditional Japanese dishes revisited with flavors from elsewhere. Sushi, rolls, sashimi, makis as well as hot and cold dishes will delight the most demanding palates.

Our Japanese restaurant is nestled in the historical heart of our hotel. High ceilings, moldings, and parquet floors offer a luxurious, warm atmosphere. SHIZU Fusion is also a Japanese restaurant in Liège with a magnificent terrace. Here again, a place steeped in history: old stones and rose bushes bring a pleasant and authentic atmosphere.

The Van der Valk Sélys offers its clients several practical and secure parking solutions to facilitate your arrival. Whether you are a hotel resident, restaurant visitor, or just passing through, you can easily park in the immediate vicinity of the establishment.
Indoor and outdoor parking
Two parking solutions
Two parking options are available for restaurant clients.
An outdoor car park is located just opposite the hotel at a rate of 12€/24h. We also offer a secure indoor car park, located at Rue des Bons Enfants 3, 30 meters from the establishment.
The covered parking is accessible at a rate of 5€/hour or 44€/24h, from Monday to Sunday. Payment is made directly at the hotel reception.
Free valet service
Park without stress
For even more convenience, the Van der Valk Sélys also offers a free valet service. You just need to leave your keys at the reception and our team will park your vehicle and return it to you upon request.
